Haircuts = ripoff
 

My hair grows pretty fast, every 10 days or so i could def use a haircut. I was paying $12.00 + $2, or $3 for a tip. I was spending $45 a month on haircuts, $540 a year. I got tired of paying someone $12.00 to cut my hair in 10 min or so. I went to walmart and bought a decent pair of clippers and for the past few weeks every sunday i get a haircut. Granted my hair isn't too fancy, but the clippers came with a bunch of attachments that makes it easy to cut your hair yourself without any problems. Just wondering how many others out there cut their own hair ?

Same thing happened to me, my hair grows fast so I bought the $20 kit at walmart. I save hundreds every year now :6

I shave my head once a month or so. I haven't been to the barber since I was about 10.

I cut my own hair but the only problem is that I can see the back so sometimes is turns out like ----. But I can't see it so I don't care.

conair clipers ftw! Its the hmt way. I cant stand hair so mine gets cliped about every two weeks.

I get mine cut super short, let it grow to an ungodly length and 7-8 months later get it cut again. Saves a lot of money, and i dont need a hat in winter :P

You do know that you can get a trim for free, or a couple of bucks, if its within a certain time after the regular cut right?

I got my hair cut last week for the first time in 7 months, I was avoiding it cause I can't stand the way most people lean on you or don't understand how you want you hair cut. The chic that cut my hair did an awsome job and didn't lean on me once, she got a big tip :)

same with me, i cut my bros hiar, he cuts mine.

i use that Conair clipper, i think i got it for like 15bucks.

Me too..I give my brotha a reach around he does the same thing come my time. :P My brother actually use to come to me to get his hair cut. I got into it in when I was in the AirForce and we HAD to keep our hair trimmed. The moment it touched our ears or was broke on of the other requirements of what your hair had to be we had to get it cut. granted it was pretty cheap at the barber at the local BX but getting a trim basically every two weeks cuts out your BK funding after awhile. And I loves me a whopper so I just got one at the BX and haven't let someone else touch my hair since. On the top of my head that sits above my shoulders but the head below I let all the women touch. :6

Ive been cutting my own hair for years.Wahl clippers are best but Conair work as well and are cheap.

same thing here. i usually do the back by feel now and it turns out well, then i touch it up holding a mirror up in fornt of me with my back to a big mirror. i do my own fade nigga

clippers from Walmart and your set. Get your gf/buddy/roommate to double check the back for you.

I used to cut a bunch of people's hair when I was in the dorms. Made a couple of bucks that way. So haircut time was money time for me.

Barbers make me sleepy. I'm not exactly sure why, but they do. I bought my own clippers and cut it every 3-4 weeks. I'm not concerned with the way my hair looks, but I like to look presentable for my family and the wife's family.

Here's a secret. Use a hair holder/thing that 12 year old girls use to keep their straight hair out of their eyes, and place the ends on your temple, drooping down on your neck. Trim the back according to the hair holder, and you're golden. I got it from my sister when I moved out of the parents house, and it works better than anything else I've tried.

I'm another cheap ass. I use the shortest guard that comes with the clippers. Needs done about every 3 weeks or it get shaggy looking. Sure is nice to not have to use a comb :)

I cut my sons hair, but my hair gets cut by my faggot barber every month. I've got him trained well in the Stealthmode style, so WTF.

my hair grows slow as ----, i shave my head once a year at the begining of summer, and after a year it only looks a little shaggy.

Yup im about to shave my ---- too... But im trying to get off parole, so going into court with hair should look nicer then without.. Oh well its getting shaven off!!

I dont look grimey, my hairs just long lol. Goes well with ze beard :P and for the record, I'm just super cheap, and I don't even pay for my own hair cuts lol :P

my hairs about 2/3 the length it was before i got my hair cut the last time. I combed it to the side; if I let it hang down like emo kids do it wouldve went past my lips. Thats when its getting too long.

I could always grow my hair like my uncle... down past my shoulders. He looks scary though :l

My mom is a haristylist, so I get mine cut for free.......even though its only once every 3-4 godamn months, but the chicks did shaggy hair.

Im not cheep when it comes to haircuts just lazy, I only get it cut like every 6 months aside from the occasional mirror trim.
