The new software (vBulletin) is a program owned by Internet Brands, and places us to provide greater software support and improvements to the site to increase your exposure on the site.

Cliffs:

- The .pdf is about how Dustin took out a complaint on the state level over being a 50% owner of Relynet and being locked out of the company, at this point it's basically legalese for "I want to look at the company records" so he can get more legal leverage against DiHotCarlo.

- It also mentions Dustin took out a fraud charge at the federal level.

- DiHotCarlo's lawyer tried to get the complaint dismissed, and when he failed he tried to get the two seperate cases merged into one case. He was denied on both counts, and the court records insinuate that DiHotCarlo's not brought any evidence to the table.

I've heard since through the grapevine that they settled out of court, but the writing on the wall is Dustin's case is strong.
