Hell, if that is what you want you could do acid or shrooms and watch the world around you.

Now im just confused... what unbelievable special effects did Resevoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction have? Kill Bill was mostly just a lot of blood. Sin City had quite a few, but nothing more than any other movie. Sure you aren't thinking of George Lucas? I think those directors tell a great story in a very unique way. It has nothing to do with effects. Cinematography, maybe. but just because its refreshingly different. they are both good writers and badass directors.

sorry, I never saw the reservoir dogs. I did watch pulp fiction and kill bill. It is just the way that Quentin crosscuts the movies together the baffles me.
I am not saying he does not bring in the big bucks. I am sure that there are a few that can understand his off tangent thoughts but, not me.
The special effects are just not blowing ---- up it could also include crosscutting.

George Lucas on the other hand, most of his movies tell a story and and has great cinematography.

I saw it. About 20 people left after the first movie. I wonder if they just didnt know that it was a double feature.

In other words ur saying that ur a little too slow to keep up with and understand his movies...It's ok, we understand...I've always liked his movies...Did he direct Dusk Till Dawn, or did he just have a part in that one??? U gotta like that flick, if for no other reason than Selma Hayek's table dance...
