I bought a 360 from a kid at school for $50 with a RROD, called microsoft, they are fixing it for free

.

anyway,

if you mod you're 360 and play pirated games, can you still play online? is there any way of "them" finding out? I've heard of live kicking people off for having modded x-box's.

not CURRENTLY with iXtreme 1.4 (most current firmware) there was a time where you could get banned, but a few things were fixed/patched up so that doesnt happen. for NOW, your safe if your modded. the ORIGINAL xbox was a whole different beast, games like halo 2 actually looked for other un-certified XBE's and ----, also had something to do with some eprom serial number... strangely, less chance of a ban with the 360, lol.
