This is exactly what Uninsured Motorist coverage is for. However, that's going against your own insurance company which then you'll have to prove the real value of your car (with your swap and all). Which, you may get fucked like I did (3 grand in turbo setup that I didn't get ---- for when my car was stolen).
Sucks, man. That was a sweet E38... I doubt my E36 would hold up that well. 80's German engineering FTW :) |
