Default Got T-boned in the BMW

In my BMW. Some Mexican bitch, in a 96 Accord, no insurance, no license, no nothing ran a red light @ 40 and smacked me, spun across 3 lanes into oncoming, where I got hit by a bus coming the opposite direction. I walked away without any injuries except for my sore neck and back. And I drove my car back to work.

German engineering ftw.

If you're smart this will be the last time you say that. I'm pretty sure that sore neck and back are a very serious matter that could possibly cause you permanent damage. I would look into that.

Not that I'm (much of) an ------- (yeah right) but I would sue the ---- out of an illegal that ran into me like that. What if she killed you or someone in your family? ---- that, put her *** somewhere. I'd be suing her if my *** hurt.

Oh, I plan on it. Problem is, I can't get anything out of her as she doesn't have a job/social security #/anything. What am I going to gain?

Good news is that the engine in that accord is pushed back into the firewall, and she won't be able to drive for a while due to her bloody worthless swollen face.

I'm so pissed right now, that was a mint '84 535i with a s38 (M5 motor) swap, with the sweetest wheel/tire/suspension setup ever. I'll probably get 2 G's from the insurance company, which is total horseshit.
