Alright well here's the story. I drank alot on Friday night and didn't get home till 8a.m. so I didn't really feel like drinking tonight. I started at 9:00 and had about 11 beers. So this is about 2 beers an hour which is about legal. Well on the way home I passed a cop that was making a left on the road I was. I was driving the speed limit, didn't think there would be any reason for him to pull me over but go figure he lights them up. I knew I wasn't drunk but I never took a breathalizer before so I had no idea what I would blow so of course your nervous. So he walks up to the car first thing he says "spit out the gum your not fooling anyone" Than he goes through the typical "You know why I pulled you over" I said no and he's like "Your windows are tinted.
Cop: You know why I pulled you over
Me: No
Cop: Window tint, how much have you been drinking tonight
Me: Not much
Cop: What do you mean not much
Me: Well we both know I've drank something, it wasn't much at all
So than he starts going over my car and picking out everything about it:
Cop: Why is your check engine light on, is it cause of the exhaust. (he knows there's no cats)
Me: I don't know what its on for
Cop: Your back tires are real bald whats that from
Me: I have the new tires sitting at home, I was going to put them on but my buddy has the same size tires and when we tried to put them on the tire machine couldn't do it cause they're too wide so I have to go down to the mag shop.
Cop: Are these 315's?
Me: Yeah how did you know that?
Cop: Is your friend's car black?
Me: Yeah
Yup, one of my good friends is a cop who was on duty that night in that township. So he call up my friend and was like do you know so and so. and of course my friend said yeah. So now the cop starts being cool to me and I thought he might just let me go but of course he breaks out the breathalizer and says "blow into this" So I did and he says:
Cop: Do you know what the legal limit is?
Me: .08
Cop: Well what do you think your at?
Me: Hopefully under that.
Well go figure I blew a .07 so I was definitely fine but he still wouldn't let me drive home cause I was above the limit for him to let me drive. So I had to sit there and wait for my friend the cop to come pick me up and drive me home. So I sat there and talked about cars with the cops for a half hour. The cop even said "I don't give a ---- about window tint, I got my car at double 5, its just when I see a car like this driving the speed limit at this time of night I'll use any excuse to pull you over." So I went home and live to drink another day. We also did burnouts in the cop car
Oh and if anyone wants to give me ----, everyone at one point or another has driven a car after drinking something. You no messiahs yourselves and you know it. If I was actually fucked up I wouldn't have been driving.
Cliffs: Everyone knows and loves Whitey, and my body can filter alchohol like its job. .07 as legal as the 18 year old I railed that night
