got bored and decided to paint my valve cover
 

liek the topic says i got bored this past weekend and decided to finish painting my valve cover that i had started a few weeks ago. i started by shaving the DOHC VTEC off and then took the 10mm bolt holes off the front of it for a cleaner look.

not long at all after i had it stripped. primered it with two coats and let it dry about 15 minutes between each, then two coats of black and let it dry a few hours then masked it off then took a razor too it, then sprayed it with white and waited for it to dry then unmasked it.

damn, how long did it take you to make the stencil? shits dope.

We should do something cool to my valve cover when i go over.

It's just a picture. He put blue tape over the VC first, then cut out an outline of the picture with a razor blade/exacto knife. Simple as that. Looks really good.
