Nice pics of the install, looks like it was fun stacking parts on the sleeping guy

Shitty bout' the ringlands & pistons though. That thing shoulda held 9psi like a champ. How much timing up top? I always ran mine really conservative when I was still at stock compression. From the looks of the skirts it looks like he made a pull all the way through 4th atleast - random strike style lol :P no biggie though, just throw it a quick meatball hone and some new pistons.

I dont know if its just the pics, but that windage tray and head sure look dirty for a low mileage engine, sure the oil was changed frequently?
Sexy FMP, Beau started a trend haha

Nice little vid too, me likey Oh, and Spenser your smoking crack if you think you can hear it ping in the vid.

yeah, it's shitty, but look a couple pics down from the broke ring land pic, he bought a short block with eagles and je 9:1's for 700 bucks, so we're taking his short block out and slapping that in, then going straight to the dyno. i think what really did him in was the fact of no intercooler, stock fouled out plugs, and the kicker, still had 87 in the tank :P i didn't really make his timing maps as conservative as i should have, considering all of the above, but it was 4am and i just wasn't really thinking clearly i only pulled .75° per psi up top, which really isn't too agressive, but given the circumstances, i guess it was a little too much. oh well, i told him not to beat on it and we'd work the kinks out in the afternoon, but he did, so i don't feel too bad

---- it, who cares, motors blow, ---- happens, oprah's a man, that's just life, and even though you had to spend a 'little' unplanned money, you'll be glad this happened when we get that new block in and you're boosting 15-18lbs daily i'll sell you my 3 bar map, you'll need it
