this is my intercooler core(26x12x3 from james). without endtanks yet. :P i ordered two of these- actually i wanted one of the 22x9x3's but they didn't have any so i am waiting on another one just like this one. i thought it would fit no problem, but i'm going to have to cut out the bar that runs across at the bottom and hang it out low. i really don't want to modify the inside of my bumper. i will probably weld in some square tube across to replace what i cut out of the frame- just move it ahead so there is something there to protect the bottom of the intercooler besides the plastic of the bumper. i'll make it work somehow it is just going to be a pita.

Re: gonna be tough to fit
the point of bar and plate is that they can be smaller than tube and fin and equal if not more effective
cut it in half and sell the 3 intercoolers ull be left with (3 cuz u said ur getting another core)

thanks for the compliment. i take a great deal of pride in the stuff i do and try to carry that over to my products. if someone comes over to my place and they show me their setup and what they want to fix or something, i go over everything and tell them that i can help them out. i want to help people. i just wish i had more time. i'm thinking that perhaps in the next year or so i will be offering services local to help with custom fab work. i'm planning on putting a cnc machine in my garage.
