no, it takes about 9-14 days for shipments.
and i will still be able to mail through USPS and UPS

It cost alot if you try to go through say UPS but on the bases they have USPS post offices with fairly decent prices but delivery time can definately be a week and up depending on where in the US it's going and how many times a week the base sends out mail stateside.
