from what my friends tell me who are stationed in okinawa parts are so abundant and cheap its crazy. you can buy parts along the streets and everywhere in between. they love americans because older parts to the japs are worthless and of coarse we would rather have there car parts than there $2 hookers! so take alot of money with you!!! you will comeback with alot of ---- -but they also say depending on where in japan you go, the parts become scarce. :-\
