Download this: http://www.gibinsoft.net/gipoutils/ Then using the Move on Boot feature delete the files you are having problems with.

I use HiJack This to delete the programs that are running that keep me from deleting it via AdAware. Then AdAware to clean up the rest. I generally don't have too many issues after that point. I have had one or two instances where I had to go into Window's Registry and delete files. That blew and took forever to fix.
