you were the first person i thought of, but the dude who's going in on it with me, has actually taken some web design classes, so it would be a lot easier to sit down together and collaborate instead of over the interweb/phone

business license as incorporating yourself?? Try to start a corporation if your not already doing that. It'll protect all your personal assets if anything should go sour. Lets say you open an account with a supplier and something happens where you loose all the inventory...they can't come after things that you yourself own, only things the company owns. To incorporate is only a couple hundred last time i checked. Goodluck and i can only wish that you prosper.
