------- price gouging at it's finest... ::) If this trend continues, I may end up selling my Jeep and getting another hatch. This is getting crazy!

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

$1.89 gallon - fort collins, colorado. (92 oct)

J-SMITH69 08-25-2003 05:26 PM

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

its a $1.89 here in oregon. if those towel heads in iraq would stop blowing up the oil pipelines we'd be gettin cheaper gas. and if all the liberals in washington would stop blocking all new oil drilling and power plant production. everything would be cheaper.

also elminate gas taxes.

think about it. its cheaper to get a gallon of gas than it is to get a gallon of milk. and gas have to be drilled then turned into gas, then shipped around the world. were as milk comes from tillamook oregon around here, and its only 1 1/2 away

R-MAK 08-25-2003 05:51 PM

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

well, here where i live, its 0.86 for mid grade ( premium ).....so what ever that is in gallons is beyond my knowledge

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

I paid $2.25/gal for 94 Octane from Sunoco here in eastern PA. I filled up this morning and its already empty from driving all over the place today.Well, I guess I'll have to shell out another $20 in gas tomorrow morning in order to get to work so I can pay for the gas to get there. ::)

shortyz 08-25-2003 06:26 PM

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

americans need to be reinformed about where the oil/gas comes from.

i think its about 80% from canada, so saying "------- towelheads" isnt proper. also cut that rascist ----. makes the board look like a buncha nazi's.

its 90 cents a liter up here, so i believe that works out to 3.30$ a gallon cdn. then exchange so.. 2.60.

what u guys bitching about?? ::)

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

I paid 1.99/gal for 93 octane two days ago. Tomorrow it's probably going to be 2.49 :P

Saudi-Arabia may be the world's largest supplier, but that map doesn't show who gets it?

I thought the higher prices also had something to do with that pipeline in Arizona???

d16forlife 08-25-2003 08:16 PM

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

All that pipe line problem is bullshit! Next monday is Memorial day(the last summer holiday). How much money do you think these fucks are gonna make in one weekend!Jee its funny how all of the sudden gas prices go upJust wait and see how In three weeks all of the sudden "All the pipelines will be ok".

i paid $1.89 for 93 octane the other day because i thought the place i went to had a good price, it's about $1.75 everywhere else now in central arkansas

i used to go to a FINA station because they had super tuesday, premium for the price of regular all day tuesday but not all of them do it, i might have to run out there tonight to get some cheap gas ;D

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

Jesus christ, i live in phoenix Arizona and normally it's not too bad. Anywhere from around 160-185 for 91. About that whole pipeling thing, ya that sucked. Prices are still over 2 bucks a gallon, and that's for 87. And when the pipeline still wasn't fixed, people were price gouching like mofos. Some places were charging over 3 bucks a gallon for gas, some were charging 5 in some areas, some where saying you have to buy a 10 dollar car wash to get 10 dollars of gas, and some where saying you have to buy a drink to get gas. The whole situation with that was ridiculous. Its better now, but prices are still high.

shortyz 08-26-2003 05:42 PM

Re:GASOLINE PRICES!!!

just paid 2.39 for 91 in the high desert. I won't be surprised to see 2.50+ by x-mas. i told everyone that this would happen just thought a little earlier. I wonder if we will get back to gas shortages and waiting in line. I can't wait. Honestly California costs to much to live here and we always get screwed.
