im waiting on a solid tire to come out, one that would never blow, or nothing. you would just get it re-treaded.
once you retread it so far, its time for new tires.

think it will ever happen, and dont say "you cant have a solid tire" because you know someway they could make one.

army edition hummer. steel braided tires.. no air. been there done that.

watch the history channel once in a while :P

our new hummers have "run flats" rated at 500 miles at no speed rate before your running on rim. i have never seen one do that. (hummers are the same throughout the branches)

99% of military gear that they say is unbreakable, is very easy to break when put to the real test.

the people who "test" things are normal people like you. (normal=civilian)


and they have air, thats why above the tire on the body it says 35psi in nice black letters.

thats basically what the tweel is.. a solid airless tire the only way it be accomplished. solid rubber on a standard rim would suck..
