if that kit was on a stock d16 or something that the tuning would be close, id say its worth 1500 or so... but not 3000

I have almost that same kit except with a bigger IC, dualcore rad, split pulse topmount, and neptune RTP. I was still under $2k after adding up all the parts. Unless there's a Gold Bullion brick in the picture that I didn't see.

but it says he spent the time getting all the RIGHT parts. he's already done the hard work (all the rocket science to figure what size turbo). i would say its worth that ::)
