bull ----. remeber pushin the civic with lindsays trooper? we broke the tail light. my tires were 100% bald showing cords, i didnt have 4 way flashers, the windsheild has a chip in it, and the exhaust is 'rigged. :P

i thought you could put rubbing alchol in your gas tank and that would clear you of emission problems.

WIth OBDII emissions they connect to your OBDII port and check for codes. Doesn't work when you are converted and you fail on the spot.

he just checks the miles, puts this little idle thing on the hood then prints up a sticker....
