That's a high flow traffic area... that'll pay itself off within a couple months.

Coffee business in the NW seems pretty competitive... seems like you have the right idea though.

i've been in there too. i'm from kirkland, but am up thataway all the time, and will make a habit of spending my $ there instead of some other place.
