ima tell you what man...if you can, get on with a govt contract company! im absolutely loving working down here. im used to busting *** goin out turn and burn for 8 hrs a day, always in a hurry. now ive always worked hourly never flat rate but this is a whole different world. my normal working pace would get a weeks worth of work done in about 2 days here between ------- off and waiting on parts and bull shittin with the bossman, its awesome. im moving to a new shop to start a new mission and hopefully headed for 72 hr weeks at time and a half...cant wait...
theyre actually hireing i believe if anyones looking for a job...

My dad works for a gov't contractor and actually bitches because he gets paid so much and does so little. It pisses him off that all these years he busted his *** for the money he got, and now he's getting more for sitting around.
I work for a gov't contractor too and get paid decent. I bust my *** some days, but others I barely do anything. I worked 8 hours of overtime Saturday. Maybe worked 30 minutes total?
