Updated headgaskets, arp headstuds and egr cooler/egr valve eliminator kit is going in in 1.5 weeks(all sitting in the back seat) but I didn't count on this.

the trans are good, I know lots of people running big power with the stock 5r110 or just a torque convertor. Unless of coarse your running big power, big tires and stock gears ;) Keep the heat out of them and there fine but if it goes I will put a ats in with the converter.
I dont think I will ever go twins though, this is supossed to be my everyday driver, tow viehical ect. :1 |

injectors, and yes the head bolts are kinda shitty but work fine if the truck is stock.

My buddies 4r110 didn't last for ---- on his 7.3 with just intake, 5"exhaust, a juice with attitude, and a superchip. It's only on 285's and slow as ----. I'll take a CTD.

The 4r100 is not very tough stock, also the edge does nothing for reprograming the trans or uping line pressure. I should have mentioned with the 5r110 you need a good trans tune to go with the new power. All my tuning is from dj's (engine,trans and injector driver)
