Thats what happens when you fry something like that. No germs + No fungus and ---- = no mold in a closed in space like that. If anything it could indicate the cleanliness of that particular restaurant... but the grease and ---- will still kill you. Thats just a shitty way to demonstrate "how bad fast food is"

BTW I didn't watch the vid so I think its the one I'm thinking about.

Um it's really simple. Some stuff got mold spores and some didn't.

The mcdonalds bread isn't magic bread, and some of the mcdonalds sandwiches molded. The goo was bacterial. What the hell was the point of the video? It didn't prove anything except the fries didn't mold. Unless I'm shitting out solid fries, I'm going to keep eating them. Most likely a mold spore just didn't get to the fries. You notice some of the sandwiches took longer to start growing, and they had different colors of mold? It's because your food doesn't come pre-equipped with mold and there isn't a mold fairy that uses her magic to colonize stuff with mold. A spore has to make it into the jars and land on the food, then be viable. Also, lets factor in that mcdonalds fries probably dry out quicker, and mold needs moisture, and they're usually salty as ---- as well.

Just because the fries don't mold doesn't prove a damn thing. I'll still eat them and love them, and we all know they're unhealthy.
