We got the same cloners over here too 
Cloned MAC for the cable modem, and digi cable boxes are easy to JTAG and burn an AU fun card for viewing. Only get ~120 channels on a full package though, and it's about 100 bucks at the current exchange rate for 20mbps and a top TV package per month. No wonder everyone is at it

I don't even own a TV right now. I have a pc with a tv tuner if I feel like watching it (which I haven't yet), also use the monitor for my xbox'ing and computing.
If I ever want more channels, I'll go FTA. Never plan on paying to waste time, I can do that for free.
