Sparkler bombs.

So far, my record is a 40 pack sparkler bomb. (That is PACK, not sparklers... 40 x 12 sparklers per pack = 480 sparklers)

It was insane (and a really big waste of money), but impressive.

I used about 4 rolls of electrical tape on it and it weighed like 5 lbs, lol.

Thats a waste, 1 packet wrapped hard enough will create a good sized explosion http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...=sparkler+bomb

naaa heres where its at :P

buy a ---- TON of whistling moon rockets..

get some kitty litter or some fine playground sand.. dump it in a narrow box.. stick the whistling moon rockets in..

get some powerful aerosol.. and a lighter.. spray.. and light use it to ignite all those fuses at once and step back >:D

cause sometimes when one goes off first it pushes one or two of the others down and they could be aiming strait at you >:D >:D

and then when i was a little kid i took thosee pooppers and pulled them apart so they only had like a 2 second fuse >:D

in the sand box and played mine demolition >:D (i was 10 :P) would use a pencil to make a small hole.. drop the firecracker inside and light it.. would blow out the side of a mound and use my remote control dozer and remote control loader to take out the sand. then repeat the process. good times, good times :1

Illinois is a Democratic state, therefore we can't have fireworks other than sparklers and smoke bombs.

I'm gonna check out those sparkler bombs though.

same with my state...

Whats stupid is the "18 year old" law, where you cant buy fireworks (not even sparklers) if you're under 18. I've gone to the same stupid store every year since I was 10 and bought sparklers and other crap, then when I was 17 they asked me for ID, and I of course was confused and they told me I have to be 18 to buy fireworks.

So apparently it was more dangerous for me as a 17 year old to buy fireworks than it was for me as 10 year old? :X give me a break...

I miss the days of firecrackers and m80's.. ahh, youth.

Tatakai 07-03-2006 04:45 PM

Re: Fourth of july

yea, it's illegal here but it's not much of an enforced law. cops usually just roll through the hot spots where people always do them at and just make sure no ones arm has been blown off or doing anything [too] stupid. at either 15 or 16 we're allowed to buy small ---- like sparklers and smoke bombs, but most stands dont really care especially if your with an adult. im 18 now though, so its time to go buy the good ---- :6

Tennis ball bombs are pretty big to just dont go throwing them or they might bounce under someones car =p

Re: Fourth of july

It wasn't much of an enforced law in the past but for some reason this year they're cracking down. Don't you just love it when we can't even celebrate our own country's birthday?

Thank you, mr. liberal, the world is so much more safe and sane with you protecting our interests.

Even Hitler would allow this ----.

Re: Fourth of july

Luckily I am 19 years old now so I can anything I want (minus alcohol... boo)... but I still think it's a gay law.

You're actually correct there... they explosive force, however (and subsequent shock-wave) still gets bigger with more gunpowder. After I lit my 40 box sparkler bomb, I ran as fast as I could (probably about 100 yards away) and I could still feel a very strong shock wave from the explosion. If I were to have 40 boxes this year, I'd just make a bunch of 3-4 packs (maybe 1 ten pack... put it to good use blowing something up :P)

Take a bunch of sparklers and wrap them really tightly with some duct tape and have one sparkler sticking out the top for a fuse. On a side note anyone go to the emerald downs firework show in auburn?
