That picture is bullshit! The lap portion of the rear 3 point belt is suposed to go over the car seat to prevent that from happening. Unless the car gets crushed frome the top, the middle back seat is the safest place for kids under 12 or 80lbs.
that is one of the many style of removable car seats... these car seats are prove to be the most unsafe due to the fact that it doesnt have a seat belt holding the car seat it self... the seat belt is supposed to hold the base of the car seat so you can just easily remove the car seat it self with ease... its bought by alot of rich people who get the stroller that comes with it so they can pool the car seat out of the car and attach it to there stroller in the same fashion... im not calling you out just clueing you in... i used to have a similar car seat ... hell most people have those car seats... |
