flat rate head gasket swap

flat rate head gasket swap
the last time i took the heads off this engine, i read the wrong torque specs and under-torqued the head bolts by 35ft-lbs
lol, lets just say the head lifted and caused some irreversable head gasket damage. its to my understanding the after one torque these stock 5.0 head bolts are garabge, i dont have any cash right now, and i need the car. so the bolts go back on overtorqued 10 ft-lbs... as if it would made a difference
anyways, replaced the gasket, pulls more vacuum now. i loaned my timing gun to a friend and dont have it, so i set it to a nice idle and i guess i better not get on the gas until i set it right
oh, it was flat rate because i reused the IM gaskets and just siliconed up the front and rear IM gaskets
i also bought a real fitting for the drivers side turbo. instead of the stock elbow tube thing that was on there before. if you look close you can see it lol

but you under torqued them ...so they shouldnt have streached... dont over torqure them.... if its not to late
BTW take my advise about 5.0's with a grain of sand....never worked on them...but i have rebuilt 3 engines before
