Default FIRESTORM, BC

fire burning outta control near kelowna, it has burned down a total of 250 homes in the last few weeks, and historic railroad trestles of BC.








about 1000 fires burning in BC right now

Holy ----.
I used to work with a guy down here that was a fire watcher out in the Canadian Forest. He was stationed in a tower in the middle of the forrest by himself. His job was to watch out for lightning strikes that started fires.
You would think with that water right there they would be able to get the helicopters going real quick.
What the hell is that bridge thing? It looks like a road that never got finished.

youre from cali... im surprised you haven't seen one of those before. actually, you live in socal... so i dunno if they got em down there. i do know that in the bay area they got those things all over the place. me and my grandpa used to fish on those things.

I live in the middle.

I was in the Shuswaps at the beginning of August. It was smokey than. It must be worse now. Hope rain starts to fall hard soon and lots of it. They need all the help they can get.
