-FINALLY DYNOED, PRETTY HAPPY WITH IT- shitty track times inside
Well i finally made it back over to the twin cities and got tuned on tuesday. i ran into alot of problems last time i was down there and ended up just wasting time. finally got everything dialed in and it runs great! turned out it was a MAP sensor issue and once that was fixed everything was smooth sailing.
build up thread for the manifold and ---- https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=92508.0
320 hp / 265 tq at 18 psi on a MUSTANG DYNO on E85.
setup is:
Y7/Z6
wiseco pistons .20 over
eagle rods
stock head gasket...
garret 57 trim 60/63
MSG motorsports manifold/downpipe/dumptube.... MSG is my roomates made up company
stock head revving to 8K
it rips! its definatly alot of fun, and traction owns me in 3rd. it was loving reving out and gettting more boost but it ended up lifting the head at 320 so we had to stop. im running 12 psi on the street now but im fixing to up it pretty soon here once i figure out the head lifting issue.
if i get a chance to make it back down to minneapolis i think im gonna change the head studs and gasket and try and up it a litte. heres a teaser pic, i have alot more of it on the dyno but i cant upload them at work. i got some of the car it self and ( wheels are now painted black as per your guys' advice) and a vid of it on the dyno.
DONT HATE ON THE PINK VC TO MUCH, ITS SUPPOSED TO BE AN ATTENTION GETTER
oh and you have to love that sick blue color the MSG manifold turned. guess it looks kinda different.
