Hate to break the news to you buddy, but word of mouth advertising is some of the best advertising there is......or in your case the worse. Unfortunately people don't want to rely on first hand experience when it come to dealing with an internet sale, because at that point, it is too late. The only way to fix this, is to prove yourself from here on out to each and every customer. Good luck.

I just recieved my flanges today. They all look nice, good quality. He even inculded a second free threaded tial flange! I really have no use for it but free stuff is good.

I really needed these awhile ago when my mani cracked. I had to pay to get it fixed when it ------ do to the late shipping. I give him a thumb sideways. The product is good, the customer service sucks ball sack.

nice!!! just got my IM flange....good work Brian, very nice!!! good transaction for me...~2 weeks. good luck with your new business, man. it might be shaky at first but just get it in shape and keep improving on the customer communications and these nice flnages will sell like hot cakes. I'll have pics later maybe a test fit on one of the LSs...ITBs and nitrous...yummy!!! ;D

brian(exploited racing) is a douche.. he is constantly promising things he cant deliver. it always takes forever to get anything. my buddy had to wait over 3 months for a manifold that was supposed to take a couple weeks. he kept on saying he only had one flange left to weld. when it finally got done my buddy says ok well i need it right away i will pay you for next day delivery, brian says ok. then he didnt get it the next day. he called brian and he says "oh it didnt end up going out last night i will put it out tommarow. a week later he finally got it.. after paying for overnight shipping.
I know several people that have done business with him. everyone of them had to wait forever. i know people who have waited a year for a turbo kit from this kid. i say boycott his azz.

I used to make turbo kits.. i stopped because it took to long to make them.. i hated it. Im probably gonna drop outta the manifold biz too. Not sure yet.

If you ask me the intake mani flange looks a little rough on the inside cuts :-/ If you dont like it lemme know.
