The swingarm is staying stock for now along with the rear shock. The most it would get extended it probably +2 since we still do some trail riding

And we use lock up clutches. In fact I think we where the first to start the craze with the see thru covers back in 98. The lock was developed and Piorned by MRE later copied by one and all. The lockup does use clutch plates. It just locks em so they cant slip. The lockup is nice becuase you don't need to run the heavy duty springs and when we ride on the pavement the clutch wouldn't be able to hold the power. In my old shee I had massive clutch springs in it that would kill your ------- hand. Lockouts are definitely the way to go

And yeah it has powervalves. You can see them hanging off the tops of the heads. look at the before and after of the heads you'll see them |
Re: Evolution of a Yamaha Banshee motor (56K go find Dr. Boost)
If it was my motor Id have gone with 38mm lectrons.
THe RD400 Drag Boys run 40mm lectrons on their stroker 424 motors. |

Re: Evolution of a Yamaha Banshee motor (56K go find Dr. Boost)
Real question is do you have the 10,000$ to spare to put together something like that.
Shifting is a bitch on the yamaha twins. Including the shees WHat is he going to do to address the shifting issue. |
