I recognize the name from egay, but I haven't heard anything about them from HMT. What does their seller rating look like?

I got a Vecco Kit and the only complaint I have was he was a little hard to get a hold of at times. Everything in the setup was real Turbonetics and he will allow you to "mix and match" or whatever. I basicly used it as a one stop shop and built my own "kit". You are not going to get an eldlebrock kit or anything but it will come with most of the peices associated with it. Oil lines, IC piping and treadstone core, BOV ...etc.. Make sure you select all your ---- though cause he does sell SSAC style products. Its not on the car yet (still looking for one more pipe, hopefuly about a week or so) but so far Im happy.

basically you're buying a brand new turbo $900, wastegate $300, cast iron manifold $250 , ic $250, and all the silicone and tbolt clamps. is it worth the 1800-2000, i thought so, but could be cheaper especially with the crappy aluminum piping they include with the kit, youll have to do most of the fabrication yourself unless you have a civic or gen3 teg and then its pretty much bolt on. im satisfied with mine, but now that ive been here cruising this site for a little over a year it will be done for a lot cheaper the next time around.
