Yes I should also mention, the extracted files can not be in their own folder. The files need to be in your C:/Windows folder, and not in any additional folders. So if you have all 9 files into their own little folder named ENGINE or MOTOR or whatever, and then put that engine folder into C:/Windows , that will NOT work. They have to be just sitting there in your windows folder, no additional folders.
