The engine raped my thumb *2 pics*
 

To make a long story short, Ryan and I were installing my new engine into seafoam and had the driver and passenger side mounts bolted up. We were positioning the engine with the hoist to get the rear tranny mount lined up. I was under the car and all of the sudden the whole engine shifted and smashed my thumb. It pulled my whole nail right out, split the end of my thumb open, and crushed my bone a little bit. At least I got some painkillers out of the deal.

did you go to the hospital or need any stiches???

Yea I went to the hospital. No stitches, they said it should heal by itself. Just gonna take a looooong time

yea it takes FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR for nails to heal, specially if the whole nial is ripped out.
how are u going to complete the swap then....or did u suck it up like a MAN and finished it >:D

I should be able to finish with one hand, We got the motor in and most of the hard stuff done. I just have to put the axles back in and bolt everything up and install the turbo kit.

That sucks. Lost a nail when I was like 8 a school door closed on my hand it felt great
