Default Engine light?

I understand that some people need the missing link or a bunch of bypass valves to trick the map sensor and not trigger the engine light. I am running a t25 at 8psi on a 95 civic ex 1.6 vtec and without the missing link or valves and the engine light does not come on. I checked the light and it does work but the turbo does not trigger it. IS that good or bad or does it meen that the engine is not recognizing the boost?

How is your transition from vac to boost? Is it smooth or does it jump?

Completely smooth. Its like stock, like the turbo belongs there, its weird. I was expecting the engine light an maybe rough idle but got nothing like that, thank god.

Take it on the freeway, do about 40mph, and put it in 5th gear(lugging the motor) and put it to the floor. If the light doesnt come on.. I dont know whats going on?
