Smile ecu's--chips----reprograming?

Hello,
I'm thinking about doing a turbo but i am not sure the best/cheapest way to get the cars computer to dump more fuel and possiably advance the timing. I want to do one of my Saturns but i heard that their ecu's are hard to work with? I see these Apexi controllers out their, is this standard equiptment to run a turbo correctly? Any and all help is apreciated!
thanks
chad

ummmm I think you better do some more research about turbo set ups before you blow up your motor.
