ebayer trying to scam me? or should i give him a refund its a poll now
I sold my buddies 450cc injectors for on eBay about two weeks ago for $71.00

We installed them about 8-9 months ago and had them flow tested and cleaned before installing them. The buyer was real cool at first and every thing went smooth. About a week after I sent them he emails me and says one of the 4 injectors is cracked and that he wants a refund. At first I though oh ---- USPS fucked this ---- up and I should be a nice guy and give him some money back, I ask him to send me a pic and I’ll give him a reasonable refund. Even though I have pics of the injectors in perfect condition b4 I sent them out and the item wasn’t incurred when IT WAS an option He e-mail’s me back and says he cant find a digital camera. To add to the iceing on the cake I check his feedback and he has a negative feedback and his ---- is “private”, http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...erid=corona585 so now im thinking scammer Do U guys think I should give him some money back ¼ of the auction price or not? I aint giving him ---- until I see pics though ill post pics of the injectors if u guys want me to |

If he got the injectors and saw one was cracked he would have left bad feed back or contacted you first? But to bring it up after id say ---- him

is it the part that always cracks but there still totally useable? this is why i always sell ---- on ebay "as-is, working"

if its just the pintle protesctors (the little black ends) tell him to break them all off, it gives them a better spray pattern anyway

Crap i was wrong the feedback was from another buyer, im not giving him anything untill i get a picure. To all the brillant legal minds i have a question, Am i under any obligation to give this guy a refund? If he does produce a pic i will paypal him 17.75 which is 1/4th the sale price but i wount refund the shipping
