I sold my buddies 450cc injectors for on eBay about two weeks ago for $71.00

We installed them about 8-9 months ago and had them flow tested and cleaned before installing them. The buyer was real cool at first and every thing went smooth. About a week after I sent them he emails me and says one of the 4 injectors is cracked and that he wants a refund. At first I though oh ---- USPS fucked this ---- up and I should be a nice guy and give him some money back, I ask him to send me a pic and I’ll give him a reasonable refund. Even though I have pics of the injectors in perfect condition b4 I sent them out and the item wasn’t incurred when IT WAS an option He e-mail’s me back and says he cant find a digital camera. To add to the iceing on the cake I check his feedback and he has a negative feedback and his ---- is “private”, http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...erid=corona585 so now im thinking scammer Do U guys think I should give him some money back ¼ of the auction price or not? I aint giving him ---- until I see pics though ill post pics of the injectors if u guys want me to |

If he got the injectors and saw one was cracked he would have left bad feed back or contacted you first? But to bring it up after id say ---- him

Crap i was wrong the feedback was from another buyer, im not giving him anything untill i get a picure. To all the brillant legal minds i have a question, Am i under any obligation to give this guy a refund? If he does produce a pic i will paypal him 17.75 which is 1/4th the sale price but i wount refund the shipping

you owe him nothing, if one had a problem it would be nice of you to fix it. I wouldn't give him ---- for a pic, I would want the part. Whos to say he didn't just drop it?

I had some dickhead try to do the same to me. I had some supra injectors on my car for months that worked perfect and then sold them on ebay. The guy emails me like two weeks later saying they were all ---- and didnt work and wanted his money back. I told him to suck a ------- dick, I think you should tell this guy the same. :y

if he didn`t buy no insurance that`s his problem. you should not do ---- about it.
if he paid by money order or paypal and u shipped it to his confirm shipping address with a tracking number there`s nothing he can do |

It's probably just a pintle cap and he just doesn't know they aren't important. Every DSM injector I've ever owned had cracked caps.

i'd say ---- him, items on ebay are sold as is even if not stated in the auction. there is nothing he can do. keep your money take the negative feedback from him, and keep living your life easy as that

if you want me to photo shop a broken injector i will.........no i wont but if he wanted to he could so dont accept pictures......tell him to send them back to get a refund....or just tell him to ---- off your not gonna crack an injector in the mail in the first place and you know it wasnt broken when you sent them so ---- him.....

Assuming everything you've said regarding your part of the deal is the truth, you owe him nothing. He bought your parts, you shipped them in great condition, and now he can't prove in any way that it was or wasn't his fault that something broke. If he leaves negative feedback you can leave a response to explain the situation. I've been in a situation which left me with my only negative feedback on eBay, and it was because the buyer was a moron. You're not going to get your ------- account closed. The guy is bullshitting you.

Don't give him ----, pictures or no pictures.
Don't leave him ---- for feedback. Once you do, he's free to leave you negative. (SSauto trick) ;) The only part that could really crack is a part that doesn't effect their working. Is it cracked, or does it not work? :S He can't even get his story straight. Tell anyone that contacts you from ebay that he dropped it and it was perfect when you shipped it. Give him a link to this thread so we can all laugh at his stupid ass. :y |

I had the same thing happen on here with a turbo.I sold a 14b that boosted well on a friends car and i sold it and the new owner said otherwise.I told him send it back and he refused so he got ---- from me.

tell him to send back the injector at his expense, if the injector is really broken, cover the injector price. if found working, tell him to pay 15% of total auction for "restocking fee / testing / handling / shipping / waste of your time"
