Default Ebay traction bars

What do you guy's think of this traction bar?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

I just bought a crx and the guy before me hacked the front crossmember to clear his down pipe. I want replace it and this is fairly cheap.

I think CSaddict might have something in the works for ef/crx. Those bars do look ok though and the price isn't too bad either.

No pics yet I assume. You guys would like this CRX tho, plain and clean. I drove it home for him, runs decent, needs a few minor things.

I love this quote...

as strong as chromoly eh? lol.

yeah thats why everyone runs mild steel axles in the off-road environment and not those pesky chromoly junkers.

"These bars are made out of MILD STEEL for durability and strength. Just as strong as the chromoly but at less the cost."

try to find out what thickness of steel the individual parts are, mild is fine, so long as its thick enough. from the small pic id guess 3/16" or 1/4" plates on the sides.

I was just wondering if anyone here knew someone that has used them or heard something about them. I'm not going to be the one that tests them out.

If someone on here would make one for about that price I would much rather give my money to a fellow hmter.

As for pics I'll try to get some tomarrow, actualy there's a pic of it in the forsale section https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...threadid=34730
I'll take more though, it's pretty clean. A few things like the hood isn't painted and there's a scrape on the back bumper but easy fixes.
