How far would you trust those eagle rods? I know the hype is 20psi/600 hp, but I've been debating lately whether to build with something more bulky. I don't know. ???

Are you going to take the turbo off that car when you need it for your car or you just going to buy another one?

Depends on what your goal is, if your shooting for 5-600whp the eagles should be fine. Remember the H-series Eagle rods are bigger than the B-series, so I would hope they can hold 600 at the crank. Steve since your the big stunna, you should go with some paulter rods ;)

Not sure yet, I'd like to get a T-3/T67 or GT35R. We'll see when spring comes around.

The reyland escort cosworth that crashed in gumball this year had a GT35R, yielding 620 crank hp (on engine dyno) on mild race gas. 580hp on pump gas.

Awesome numbers and it's only at 10 psi!!! In Dave's words, that car is solid! HMT BBQ/sleepover at beerbong's the night before woodburn! :D Leia can I take your car for a spin around the block this weekend? ;D

you think that IC will be sufficient when the headwork/IM/cams?boost is all done? I can't see a tube and fin, 8x(whatever)x3" intercooler supporting 500 + WHP very efficiently. maybe I'm wrong?

Re:Dyno'd the GF's Car

It's going to be along time before thats all done, down the road well probably just end up getting a high effiencey Garrett core and making our own. There are lots of guys making 4-500whp on Tube/Fin style intercoolers, but I highly doubt any of them are using CCA's. I think its the least of our concerns right now ;)

How to get traction is the main one.

Re:Dyno'd the GF's Car

hehe, 4am huh?

I figured you would do something along those lines (the garret core) or buy a precision IC (which is just a premade version)

GL getting traction w/ that car and keeping it decently streetable. I think the day you'll have traction is the day you decide it is a racecar ;) 900lb + springs in the rear are not fun for the street ;)

you have anything in mind traction wise?
