Drifting my Sol, dam that was fun anyone else drift?
I had almost as much fun tonight as I did at the track. It lightly rained here today. So I descided it try and hit a u turn real fast. Dam the but of my car slid pefectly around most of the time. That was a pile of fun since I live on a small town and no body is away at 30 but some dang dogs. Anyones drift in a fwd car?

That is braking/decel oversteer in a FWD car. It is used quite a lot by the fast fwd road racers. You overcook the brake zones and turn in early, this will bring the rear end out like you are going into a spin, and then when you mash the gas it straightens out. Try it at 110 mph sometime , this is what it takes to get record laptimes.

anyone who wants to learn how to drift a real wheel car listen up, its not impossible to drift a fwd all you have to do is have a lil mechanical knowledge and this can be awesome, get a buddy to help you. re-bleed your rear end brakes first (you must have rear disk to do this) make sure you bleed them til the brake pedal is so hard it hurts to push, second bleed the front only pull back a bit so they are about 3/4 as stiff as the rear. when you are going into the adverage 20-25 mile an hour turn be going about 45 as soon as you start to curve in the beginning smack your brake pedal hard this will put the car into a rear slide when you start roasting the front it will put it into a all wheel drift, you have to have some good damn skill to get good at this, im not gonna lie i came about 9 inches from smacking a brick wall when i hit gravel. its great fun tho gotta love it. good luck if you try this
