I have a 90 ls 5 speed in a 89 civic it has auto. cams in it someone told that 5 speed cams are better dose anyone know if i should change them or not i have a set of 5 speed cams to.

The cams?

I don't think there's a difference in those if it is the same engine.

by the way you might get a better response in the Hybrid forums
