i bought a t3/t4 turbo from this guy around april 6th and he told me that he'd send it out on the 9th. this guy never replied to any of my e-mails after i had paid for the turbo and never e-mailed me the tracking number that he promised me. the sellers e-mail address at www.thepartstrader.com is turbonos82@yahoo.com. what do you guys think i should do? i've been trying to be patient for a long time and now i'm losing it. i'm practically done with my turbo setup for my Si (just need the turbo and a downpipe made).

take 2 weeks off work, or school, drive to his house, and handle your business. thats what you should do. if he doesnt live all the way across the country, it should only take a week.

tell the guy that you are going to report him for internet fraud, report him to the police for theft/contract violation, and if you sent the moneyorder via u.s. mail report him to the postal inspector for mail fraud. mail fraud being probably the most serious. i have heard that if you also use a postal money order in the future it falls under mail fraud as well. if none of that works there are plenty of enforcers in nj that will probably help you. probably won't help too much, but you'll fell better and he won't...lol.

seriously though, if anyone whooped dudes ass, which they shouldnt*cough*cough*, this webpage could be used a proof of agrivated and premeditated assualt 1. thats months in county, and i can only imagine what thats like in new york. so if you are going to beat down a thief, dont incriminate yourself by saying your planning to, and get caught up on a web board. dont hurt the guy. *cough*cough. this is only one persons opinion, but SiDonny, no one could handle this better than you would.

I know about the consequenses of beating the guy down... it would be nice ;D... but i'm not that stupid. i plan on reporting him for fraud if i don't receive nothing or get any reply from him by the end of this April. hopefully things will go well for me.

" somehow i doubt it. ill go beat him. gimme an addy and throw me like, $20. gimme an address and a phone number. ill give him a little call and see what he says. ill also tell him i live a mile from his house and if he doesnt ship the turo that day, then ill be down there in like 3 hours to put a whoopin on him, or at least get yer turbo. like everyone said, let brett go beat his ass!!!

the dude finally replied to me on the 3rd... pretty much a damn month... he said he ran into some problems and will be sending me my money back through a money order. i still haven't recieved it yet though, but if i do get the money back... i already got a hook up on a brand new T3/T04E 57-trim with .60 A/R compressor and .63 A/R turbine for $450 and also getting my downpipe for 90 bucks. the downpipe comes with the flanges to the turbo and cat. and have the O2 bung welded on already... the flanges just need to get welded on. the guy also sells tubular style manifolds that won't crack for $310 shipped. his e-mail is kemokalikilla@aol.com . just let him know that I (Donny) told you guys about him. he can also get TWR intercoolers for a good price, but i already got one of Tyrus'. he also sells other turbo parts such as flanges and other misc. stuff i don't know of yet.
