Ebay does not require that kind of stuff. Nor do they have links in emails. Hopefully you just didnt give out your info

I got the same thing but from paypal, good thing i looked at the return email adress carefully. Bastards alomost got me. >:(

not to jack your thread bur on a similar note, I got over 100 emails today from edoperformance.com letting some scammer get my email address

i hate those, i got that same email, cept it was for paypal. the email name was "services@paypal.com" insteal of "service@paypal.com

just watch the emails.

ebay will pretty much never email you unless its for a promotional deal.

and even then they direct you to go directly to ebay.com and check it out.

scam emails usually have some wack ass web address link.

yeah...sometime you can tell by holding the mouse over the link...and it looks like ebay..but then it changes to some wacky thing. ive gotten tons of scam emails from actual ebay or paypal addresses..they arent hard to change. forward them to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com. they usually reply within the hour telling you if it was a scam or not.
