Kids in Orlando just pull up in a tow truck and steal your ---- in broad daylight.

MY defense is train horn, chevy stock alarm and backup battery.
Thats for the CRX once its running again.

if some dirtbag really wants your vehicle they will get it, flatbed or whatever. no reason to have a flashy vehicle and make sure nobody knows what you have. any switch can be defeated. changing the wiring plug ends only protects if they don't have a flatbed and or a truck. moving away from thieves probably works only until the thieves move near you lol

You live in California, you have no concept of what it's like in the real world.

call it a ricer mod, but in addition to perhaps taking your ecu with you everywhere you go, most car thieves don't carry spare steering wheels with them..
get a removable setup and take it with you

now if they've been spying your ---- for a while they may come prepared, if somebody wants your ---- bad enough they will find a way. the best you can do is make it as difficult to do as possible.

There are a lot of places, most of the country, that you don't have to worry about thieves. The farther away you move from the overcrowded cities that are full of poverty level and drug-addicted trash, the less you have to worry about.

I've only personally known one person to have a car stolen. It was stolen in a city, in a low-income part of town, at a strip club.

fuel pump cut? it takes time to pull the back seats out to look at the pump wiring. buys you a lotta time IMO.

plus its in the middle of the car, u can run it under the carpeting to any point...under the seat, console, etc
