Justin, before I move to Havasu can you give me the statistics of how many of those white people are tweakers?
I think it's pretty safe to say that in general an all white neighborhood isn't a bad thing (unless it's a trailor park in Arkansas).

I'd say a good 80% of the white population is a drugee of some kind, but mostly weed and speed. To my surprise, the last couple meth labs busted have been run by mexicans. Most of the mexicans out here are just dirty drunks. I guess they're moving on to bigger and "better" things.
EDIT: The tweeker beaner that opened fire on my friends and I last year should have gave me a clue. :1
