naw it has low performance clocks and benchmarks, right now i have the 7900gs running on 1.24v 610mhz core and 1200mhz memory
i play day of defeat source,company of hero's,hitman 2,battlefield 2,ghost recon, all maxed out on 1440x900 resolution, i was in your boat, but i said ---- it and just paid a couple hundred more for something i new would do that job, because i got tired of buying a game and not being able to play it

yup still around and hatch as long as your not buying a 17in widescreen laptop that runs resolutions like 1680x1050 that graphics card should get the job done in most of todays games as long as you dont expect alot of eye candy such as aa and af. Give me a few examples of games you play i can tell you if that laptop can handle them.

tek, honmostly i dont play alot of games. But i think il start playing AA again on deployment, but i do watch alot of movies, do alot of video editing and photoshop etc etc. I just want something real good for under 1500

this was at 600/1200, right now i have it a bit down 580/1200, i didnt know a thing and simply read an article at notebookforums and yea wow, you think im bullshiting or do we need more screen shots.
