The Departed
 

What an amazing movie, I have seen it two times and both times i think its even with goodfellas, but i don't think niether are as good as casino as far as scorcese goes. Anyway, I thought Leo, Matt damon and Marky mark were all brilliant in this movie, not to mention jack nicholson. I hope Martin Scorcese finally gets his ------- oscar.

1. The Departed
2. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
3. The Departed

This movie kicks so much ass, I heard they had to import colons from Asia just to meet the demand.

movie was ------ awesome.. the bottom line is Scorsese is a genius, and always has been.
wahlberg was so bad ass in it.

definitely worth seeing.

it was good...but comparing it to goodfellas is just plain nuts. the very very end was good, but the part leading up to it seemed, eh. Either way i want to see the original, it seemed like there were a few parts that shouldve had something else in them that im curious about.

It was good, but the ending in "The Prestige" was much better. Overall, The Prestige was a better movie.

I have yet to see the Departed. I watched 20 mins of it and had to leave.

I agree that The Prestige is a really good movie. Crazy twist and the end too.

I also downloaded it a while back. Almost dvd quality. I didnt know anything about the movie, (which is how I prefer to watch all movies), and yes, simply amazing. The guy deserved the award.

wrong, martin scorcese even said himself that the departed was his first movie with an actual plot

Your high, goodfellas was sick but The departed was better i say by a little bit, but I still go with casino as his number 1. Pesci and deniro made casino sick, especially for a 3+ hour movie.

marky mark should have won the oscar he was nominated for last night for the departed. oh well, i guess 4 oscars is good enough for that crew.

My brother and I just noticed the other day that DiCaprio hasn't made a terrible movie since becoming a big name in Hollywood. I will have to get this one on netflix.

i saw that and the prestige and the prestige was 10x better. Dont get me wrong, the departed was good, but a lot of it seemed forced. And the ending seemed thrown together (other than marky mark's finale)

just watched the departed. def a good movie and the ending was good..but it wasn't better than the prestige ending. They both are very good movies though but totally diff

the departed kicked ------- ass. it had a perfect ending, did anybody see that coming? hell no.

pfft dicaprio has done three good movies in his entire career, catch me if you can, gangs of new york and the departed. he's a piece of ----, almost as bad as ben affleck. this movie however, i have to give him props. and me saying that is almost like me saying i'd like it in the ass, thats how much i hate leo and ben.

its a must see movie, flat out.

havent seen the prestige yet. downloading it now.. ahh 1 hour for DVD quality movies.. you gotta love bitorrents, or Azureus for that fact.
