Wrong I talk to my physics teacher about this all the time. He says 85% of the time he comes into contact with someone in a criminal manor he ends up cutting them a deal and letting them go. Repeative offenders is where the line is crossed.

I can't even believe i read all this. Drugs, robbing...ect...what the hell is going on in your little town. Remind me to never go there. Sounds like all you little kids need to go to jail for a month. I hope the judge throws the book at them. Just my 2 cents.

the cops can choose to drop charges and levels of charges upon arrest but thats it. if they are lucky they can plead down from a felony, because a felony is not something you want on youre record because it takes 7 or 10 years i forget which to be able to be eligible for a pardon.

once thats happened theres nothing the police can change. only the DA and the judge can decide to drop or lower charges.
