For $750, if the engine/tranny are crap just part out the individual parts, make your money back and slap a v8 in there.

Get it buk.

Why? Along with 2 billion other honda's on the road. Be different buk. Those Supra celica's are nice. You can sell those rims easily to corolla people and get something to fill out those flares. Looks pretty nice for 750. Those are my kind of prices I pay for cars.

Re: 1983 supra

buy that baby. im sad i sold my 84 toyota supra a couple days ago to a friend for 800$ but in return im going to get a rx7 for cheap i think a 87. mine had 160k original miles on it. i personally overheated it on accident(supras are known for there overheating and blown headgaskets. basically you just need to flush the radiator every so often and matanians on the car) but i overheated mine as far as the gauge could go and it was boiling and my headgasket was perfectly fine i was scared that i did something to it. but i let it cool and took off, my radiator was clogged and needed cleaning replaced the thermastate too and it was fine. that was last year. now i have sold it and i sucks that i have to see someoen else driving but i told him before he sells it he has to offer it back. whats the jmotor? i dont really keep up with the motor names. mine was the 2.8 inline 6 with a 5 speed. sweet little car for a 84 everything was basically stock besides the 3" exhaust and little air filter. the previos owner kept that car up good so the car was good to me. good luck on buying yourself a new car

Re: 1983 supra

The car in that video posted above had a 7MGTE in it, atleast that's what it said on the valve cover.

USDM and JDM 5mge sucks and have not too much potential. find the uber rare 5mgte and you'll be a porn star. Of just do a 7mgte swap. That's what I'd do if I still liked fat girls (Supras)

what engines will drop right in her?

hyper4mance2k 07-14-2006 05:29 AM

Re: 1983 supra

7mgte will bolt in but you gotta go standalone. Or have a beioch of time woth wireing harness and ecu. 5mgte is bolt in, but no wireing harness is available. you could make the rhd one work with a lot of work.
