You say that you are at 8spi then you hit the gas, this sounds like you are building 8 psi at 4K rpm at partial throttle...
Then your tach goes to 6K then 8K... Could you please be a little more detailed

holy ----. when you wanted to ------ rig something you just went ahead and called the ------s to do it. hahaha. 
Questions:
what the hell was the reason for the oven and JB weld? didnt quite catch that one? To help it dry faster?
why a safc? you should have gotten a ecu from xenocron or someone...
-3psi, you arent really gaining anything...
